Perfect Viewer is a very fast image/comics/eBook viewer. It is, like its name says, perfect to watch them, even in your big screen using Chromecast.

Supported file format: eBook: EPUB, HTML, TXT. Image: JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WebP, TIFF. Archives:  CBZ/ZIP, CBR/RAR, 7Z/CB7, LZH, CBT/TAR and PDF after installing the PDF plugin.

There are many features as well and even more with the paid version. I use it a lot to read my favorite manga series, but casting an eBook to read it on a TV, make your eyes itch in a second. Use the Chromecast feature to cast images better, or comics.
